New Zealand ingredients company Cedenco Foods has confirmed the appointment of Scott Salyer as chairman.


Cedenco’s board said that the appointment is effective immediately.


Salyer has been chosen as a replacement for Basil Logan, who stepped down from the chairmanship last December.
