NEW ZEALAND: Fonterra names Craig Stephen associate director
New Zealand dairy giant Fonterra Co-operative Group has appointed Craig Stephen as associate director, corporate finance. Stephen, who is experienced in capital structuring, debt restructuring and risk management, most recently worked as a member of the finance integration team since Fonterra’s formation last October.
