Fonterra sold its 50% stake in Korea-based Maeil New Zealand Cheese Company to its joint venture partner, the group stated today [Wednesday]. The deal was closed for NZ$13.8m (US$6.5m). Its partner is the Ventis Maeil Dairy Company.
