Justice William Young, who on Friday cleared the Dunedin-based PPCS of share warehousing allegations in a bitter struggle for control of listed Richmond, has called a telephone conference between the parties on Friday to arrange for the continuation of the proceedings, reports the Dominion Post.
The protagonists are likely to meet at board meetings before the courts reach a final verdict on the case.
