Richmond’s CEO, Richard Carver, resigned in August after PPCS was finally successful in its takeover of the company after a long-running battle for control, reported Reuters.


“Following the acquisition of Richmond by PPCS and the resignation of Richmond chief executive Richard Carver, Stewart Barnett has been appointed chief executive of Richmond,” PPCS was quoted as saying.
