France’s Casino has struck a distribution deal that will see its own-label products available in the Philippines at stores operated by local retailer Rustan’s.

A spokesperson for Casino told just-food that the deal will see 700 products from the Casino Délices, Casino Bio and Casino Famili ranges available to consumers in the Philippines.

Products will be carried at Rustan’s supermarkets, Expresslanes and Shopwise hypermarkets.

The spokesperson said that the deal is expected to increase sales of Casino branded products “[in] 32 stores in the Philippines”.
