The largest stakeholder of Krakow-based chocolate and confectionery producer Wawel has sold his 11,000 shares to German investor Gustav Hamester. Analysts welcomed the sale by Eugeniusz Malek as crucial for the continuing development of the firm due to the investment it will prompt.
