Russian juice and dairy giant Wimm-Bill-Dann has said it has launched a processed cheese factory in Russia’s Krasnodar region. The plant is part of the company’s Timashevsk dairy, which is one of the largest in southern Russia, reported Prime-TASS News. The facility, in which Wimm-Bill-Dann has invested US$5m, has a projected output of 30 tonnes of processed cheese per day.
