Serbian food maker Danubius has opened a pasta production line as it looks to bolster its range of products.
Danubius, part of Serbian group Delta Holding, said the investment at the factory in Novi Sad would see it “offer consumers a domestic product with the same quality of the best-known world brands”.

Delta Holding said its Delta Agrar division had spent EUR1.8m on the project.
The company operates in food sectors including meat, cereals and fruit. As well as Serbia, it sells food products in Russia and Belarus.
