German dairy concern Meggle will increase its stake in Slovak dairy Rajo to 50% plus one share with the buyout of an 18% share in the company from Austrian company Nom AG.
Erlefried Olearczick, the financial director of Nom, revealed that the company’s sale would leave Nom with a 50% stake minus one share.
According to local newspaper Ekonomika, Nom is not planning to sell any more of the stock it holds in Rajo.
