A second case of mad cow disease is suspected in Slovenia following several scientific tests, revealed the agriculture minister, Franci yesterday [Thursday].
The case of the in a six-year-old cow in the northeast region of the country still has to be confirmed however, he said, and tests are being conducted in a laboratory in Bern, Switzerland. The results should be available next week.
