Tallada will remain as executive chairman of Puleva’s biotechnology division Puleva Biotech and will remain on the board of Ebro Puleva, the company revealed in a filing to the stock market.


Meanwhile, Puleva Biotech has appointed for new members to its board of directors. They are Julio Ariza Irigoyen, Laureano Roldan Aguilar, Nemesio Fernandez Cuesta and Ignacio Sanchez Galan.


All four are independent directors, Puleva said in a statement. They succeed former board members Fernando Valdivieso Amate, Guillermo Mesonero Romanos Aguilar, Gregorio Jimenez Lopez and Enrique Lahuerta Traver.
