Spanish dairy group Leche Pascual has secured a distribution deal to sell its yoghurt brands in South Africa.

A source close to Leche Pascual today (25 November) confirmed that South African biscuit maker Continental Brands will distribute its yoghurts in the country.

Meanwhile, according to reports in Spain, Leche Pascual is looking to sign a similar deal to sell dairy products in India.

The Expansion newspaper said Leche Pascual was in talks with Indian food giant Britannia Industries.

The source said the Spanish firm had yet to sign an agreement with Britannia.
