Spanish daily Cinco Dias reported the director of UB’s southern European business, Joan Casaponsa, as saying that the plant would be enlarged following the closure of the company’s factory in Tunis.
The company has also recently invested some €6m (US$7.6m) in each of its three Spanish biscuit plants, the paper commented.
