Magdalena Teare is to leave her position as Nescafé’s top marketer in order to return home to Sweden.
Teare will be succeeded by David Glik, whose current position is commercial director at Nestlé UK’s food and chilled dairy business.
As from 1 January, Glik will be responsible for all of Nestlé’s in-home coffee brands, including Nescafé Orginal, Gold Blend, and its Cappuccino range, plus enhancers such as Coffee-Mate.
Teare’s two-year spell with Swiss food giant Nestlé saw Nescafé refocusing on younger, 16 to 24-year-old, consumers, reported Marketing.
