Nestle SA chairman and CEO Peter Brabeck said he plans to give up his executive role in the next few years, reported the Dow Jones Newswires.
According to the reports, Brabeck said: “The current plan is that I will step down as CEO at the 2008 general meeting.”
There has been increasing shareholder discontent over Brabeck’s dual role as chairman and CEO, reported Dow Jones.
