Swiss food conglomerate Nestlé has named Audrey Liow Seok Hoong managing director of Singapore operations. In a sign of confidence in local expertise, Hoong is the first Singaoporean to take up the post, and is currently the only woman to head up any Nestlé country operation.
She moves to the post from her current position as head of Nestlé’s nutrition business division for Malaysia and Singapore.
