Swiss milk processing company Laiteries Réunies de Genève (LRG) has purchased the Swiss Dairy Farm (SDF) plants in Ostermundigen, northwestern Switzerland, Mont-sur-Lausanne, western Switzerland and in Zurich, northern Switzerland. SDF filed for insolvency earlier this year and is selling off its businesses. The financial terms of the LRG purchase deal were not disclosed, reported the Swiss News Digest.
