Taiwanese convenience store chain President Chain Store has reported a 4.6% rise in net profit for 2006 to NT$3.82bn, or NT$4.18 per share, on sales up 6.7% at NT$99.98bn.
In addition to being the Taiwanese operator of the 7-Eleven franchise, the company also operates the Starbucks Coffee chain in Taiwan and Shanghai, and the Mr Donuts chain in Taiwan.
