Taiwanese snack food manufacturer Want Want Holdings has pulled out of a joint venture deal with the China-based Top-Mill Investment Corporation.
The joint venture agreement, which was signed by both companies in October last year, would have seen the firms working together to provide retail franchising and consultancy services in China and to market western fastfood goods.
