“We know different international markets buy and consume seafood in different ways. We feel extremely confident that our inspirational fish and sauce combinations will brighten up the Canadian shoppers’ basket, and lighten the load on whoever’s cooking the mid-week meal,” Paul Macis, international and business development manager at The Saucy Fish Co. in the UK, said.

The products have gone on sale in over 300 stores owned by Loblaw, including at its Zehrs, Provigo and Dominion chains.

Last month, Icelandic Seachill announced the entry of The Saucy Fish Co. products into Austria. At the start of the year, the company secured listings for the brand in the UAE.

The first listing in the US for The Saucy Fish Co. came in 2014.
