Israel’s G.Willi-Food International has announced that CEO Tim Cranko has resigned.
It said Cranko, who only took up the role in July, had resigned for personal reasons, effective as of 31 December.

G.Willi, a kosher food specialist, said it expects to appoint a new CEO to replace Cranko in the near future.
Before joining G. Willi, Cranko served as the manager of the food division of Galam, an Israeli company which specialises in the manufacture and sale of a variety of food ingredients.
The last six months has been a period of executive upheaval at G. Willi. Cranko’s arrival in July followed the exit of the company’s president Iram Graiver and just days after Cranko took up the hot seat CFO Pavel Buber left the company.
On Monday (27 November) the company revealed a largely poor set of nine-month results. Revenue was up by 4.3% but net income was down 17.1% and operating profit slumped by 35.8%.
