Ferrero has opened a plant in Turkey to produce Kinder and Nutella products.
The Italian group has set up a factory in the province in Manisa, a statement from the Turkish government agency for investment said.

The site has an initial production capacity of 30,000 tonnes, the Investment Support and Promotion Agency of Turkey said. Ferrero plans to lift the capacity to 50,000 tonnes to serve export markets, it added. According to the agency, the factory has created 200 direct jobs.
Officials at Ferrero could not be reached for comment.
