A spokesperson for the group told just-food: “We have indicated that we would consider a partnership with a group that could help develop our business.”
In a filing with the Istanbul Stock Exchange, the group said it was interested in potential partners that could either contribute financially or help improve sales, logistics and distribution.
The spokesperson said it was “too early” to comment on whether it was in talks over a possible deal and declined to identify any potential partners it might be interested in linking up with.
According to the filing, the company is considering “other options” to improve long-term profitability. The spokesperson declined to comment further on what these options might be.
