Yildiz Holding, the owner of Turkish food group Ulker, has announced plans to form a venture with US spice giant McCormick & Co.
The plans, unveiled today (23 September), will see both sides take a 50% stake in the venture.
Ulker is the owner of, among other brands, upmarket chocolate business Godiva.
Officials at McCormick could not be reached for immediate comment.
