The cookies come in two flavours – Triple Chocolate and Milk Chocolate – containing 30% Belgian chocolate and require only thawing before consumption.

The American style cookies offer a “soft-eat, freshly baked” texture without the production time of bake-off products, the company said today (30 March).

Helen Sinclair, lead category manager at BakeMark UK, said: “Our Thaw and Serve range continues to perform strongly in the current growing cookie market. The products provide luxury taste, but are ultimately very economical for end users that want to offer premium products without additional cost and complexity.”

The cookies are available in packs of 48.
