Belgian frozen food company Pinguin has reportedly signed a cooperation agreement with Spanish frozen food company Virto for the sale of food products on the UK market. The agreement, which ties in with Pinguin’s expansion strategy, was signed though its UK subsidiary, Pinguin Foods UK, reported the Belgian News Digest.
