The company behind Wagon Wheels and Jammy Dodgers said an ingredient – whey – had not been shown on the label of certain batches of Jaffa Mallows.
“This makes the product unsafe for individuals with a milk allergy or a lactose intolerance,” the UK’s Food Standards Agency said today (26 September).
The recall affects all Burton’s Jaffa Mallows in a 250g pack with best before date of up to and including 16 February next year.
