Hanna will take over as CFO when current CFO David Kappler retires in April after 38 years with the company. 


Hanna is currently an operating partner at private equity firm Compass Partners International. Previously, he has been employed as chief executive and group finance director of Dalgety, group finance director of United Distillers and group finance director of Avis Europe.
