Those who complained said, the commercial, which showed a woman meditating to sitar music with a ready-to-cook chicken, specifically ridiculed the Hindu religion.  


Van den Bergh Foods, who manufactures the chicken cooking sauce, maintains that it had no intention of insulting Hindus and apologised for any offence caused.
