Finsbury Food Group, the UK manufacturer and distributor of speciality cakes and breads, has said that it expects its fire-damaged factory to be back in operation by April 2007.
Its UCB factory in Scotland suffered damage as a result of an overnight fire at the beginning of November.
Finsbury said it expects at least 70% of the bakery’s range to be back in full supply by the end of November.
