UK gluten-free baker Genius Foods has appointed former Marks and Spencer executive Ernie Finch to its board.

Finch has joined Genius as a non-executive director of the company, the firm said today (4 August). He spent 30 years with M&S, where he held technical, operational and strategic roles and worked in new business development at the UK retailer.
