UK-snack group Glisten has launched Sun-Maid branded Fruit Fingers.

Produced under licence, the chocolate or yoghurt dipped pressed fruit bars are the latest extension of the Sun-Maid brand outside dried fruit.
Dave Coulson, Glisten group marketing director, said: “Fruit Fingers is a completely new and unique kind of fruit bar for kids and we believe it will add incremental value to the fruit snacking category.
Fruit Fingers have no artificial colours or flavours and contain one portion of fruit in every bar. The company added that the bars are a good source of Omega 3 and fibre.
The product has already secured listings with Tesco, Boots and Spar and Glisten is in talks with other multiples.
