Scott will be responsible for looking after the wholesale sector in Scotland, working as part of the sales team to source new distributors for Golden Crumb’s range of frozen starters and appetisers for the foodservice sector.
She brings over 11 years experience in wholesale foodservice sales and business development secured at senior management level. Now a consultant, she is a self-employed director of Foodservice Route to Market, where she is responsible for helping food manufacturers access wholesale and contract markets.
Scott has previously worked for McCain Foods (GB) as a business development manager, where her duties included new product development, driving through sales, introducing new products to all accounts, and tendering to local authorities in Scotland.
