Banana Puffs and Monster Rocks will be launched in June and will each be supported by a GBP1 (US$1.52) sampling campaign.


Banana Puffs are based on the brand’s popular Sugar Puffs and contains no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. As part of the promotional campaign, Honey Monster will sponsor the WWE WrestleMania Revenge Tour of the UK in a bid to drive the product launch.


Monster Rocks contains clusters of wholegrain oats, maize flakes, crisp rice and honey. It also claims to have less sugar than most pre-sweetened cereals on the market.


Jane James, head of marketing at Honey Monster Foods, said: “Many children still skip breakfast so Honey Monster is striving to make it a more enjoyable time for families by getting kids excited about the most important meal of the day, whilst striking a balance between what kids are happy to eat and what parents are happy to feed them.
