A spokesperson for the company told just-food that the group is investing in growing its tortilla production capacity by 50%. The company has not disclosed the scale of the investment.
“Honeytop set out to invigorate the sector and provide a better quality of products. They were the first company to introduce zip-lock technology to the private label sector as a lot of companies that also produce branded products withheld things like that,” the spokesperson said.
