UK firm Indulgence Patisserie aims to double its turnover to GBP16m (US$26.7m) in the next three to five years, managing director Angus Allan told just-food.

“We anticipate that most of our growth will come from increased sales of our Indulgence-brand desserts, and from the development of unique high-quality, hand-finished, bespoke, private-label products for our domestic and international retail, foodservice, catering end-user and travel catering customers,” Allan said.
