The cereal giant said today (3 February) it had “discontinued” Coco Pops Straws, launched in 2005, and Coco Pops Creations, which was introduced in 2007.

“The reason for this is to concentrate on our core range which includes Coco Pops original and cereals like Moons and Stars and Coco Pops Rocks,” a Kellogg UK spokesman said.

“As Kevin Brennan, our marketing director, has said on the record there’s been a lot of innovation around Coco Pops.”

The Coco Pops brand is one of Kellogg’s top four best sellers in the UK.
