UK confectionery and soft drinks firm Cadbury Schweppes has said David Kappler has stood down as a company director and chief financial officer pending his retirement from the company in June this year.

In January Cadbury named Ken Hanna to replace Kappler as chief financial officer. Hanna, who had been CFO designate, now formally takes up his position and becomes a director of the company.


Hanna has previously been employed as chief executive and group finance director of Dalgety, group finance director of United Distillers and group finance director of Avis Europe.
