Specialist quiche manufacturer Thomas Food Group has appointed Victor West to the position of chief operating officer as part of its ongoing expansion plan.

West formerly served at the Macrae Food Group, filling various positions including, most recently, procurement director.
“This role represents a new challenge for me and I am excited to be part of the Thomas Food Group’s ambitious growth plans,” said West.
“The quiche category has huge potential, particularly at the premium end of the market,” he added.
