The company said its new bars include “a subtle blend of Chinese herbs to produce a mellowing effect, promote a feeling of euphoria, and heighten the sensory experience of eating chocolate”.



The new chocolate range, being launched online at the start of the UK’s annual Chocolate Festival, includes four varieties: a smooth dark, creamy milk, dark with orange, and milk with almond.


The combination of herbs includes: Cinnamon bark to warm the lower extremities, Sage root to invigorate blood circulation, Longan fruit to reduce stress and anxiety, and Radix Ginseng to increase stamina and recovery.


There is a minimum of 74% cocoa solids in the dark chocolate bars and 45% cocoa solids in the milk chocolate bars.
