The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) has cleared Asda’s deal to buy three stores from The Co-operative Group.
The OFT said today (11 January) that it had decided not to refer the deal to the Competition Commmision. The stores are located in Benwell, Tottenham and Maesteg.
