The company, which has a production and R&D facility at an unnamed location in mainland Europe. has plans to become “one of the UK’s fastest-growing food firms and a major force in the plant-based food market” and is targeting year one revenues of more than GBP7m (US$9.01m).
The Daring Foods range includes the Moo-Free Burger and Cluck-Free Fried burger which are dairy- and egg-free and also contain no palm oil, genetically modified organisms, hormones or antibiotics.
