UK potato farmer Produce Investments plans to raise GBP15m (US$23.6m) with a listing on the country’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM).

The company said today (21 October) that it had lined up an admission to the AIM next month.

Produce Investments grows and supplies potatoes to retailers such as Tesco and Sainsbury’s, as well as the foodservice sector. It operates from five sites, has a seed business that develops exclusive potato varieties and a potato processing business. 

Investec is acting as the company’s advisor on the listing.
