Paul Kitchener, technical and innovation director at UK food maker Premier Foods plc, has died.
The company confirmed today (15 August) that Kitchener had passed away after a long illness.

Premier, meanwhile, also confirmed that sales director Ian York had announced his intention to leave the company.
York, who previously worked for PepsiCo’s Quaker Oats business and Associated British Foods, has spent 17 years in sales at Premier and is leaving to pursue “exciting new opportunities”. He is expected to leave at the end of the year.
