UK specialty foods group Real Organic Foods Company has launched a new range of Thai Sauces which it says will make it “easier than ever to create completely authentic Thai dishes simply and easily”.
The three new sauces – Green, Red and Yellow Thai curry – use carefully sourced ingredients to capture the essence of ancient Thai palace recipes and the vibrancy of today’s Chiang Mai street food, the Oxfordshire-based company said.
“The launch of our sauces comes at a time when Thai food is rapidly growing in popularity,” said managing director David Morgan. “We want to make it is easy to create exquisite Thai cuisine at home.”
Real Organic’s range is available in most organic supermarkets, such as Fresh & Wild, Planet Organic and Out of this World, as well as other specialty food stores. The company also exports to the Netherlands, Ireland, Spain, Hong Kong and Macau.
