Ice cream maker Richmond Foods announced that it has received an indicative approach for the company which “may or may not” lead to an offer being tendered.
In a statement released today (5 April), Richmond highlighted that discussions are at a preliminary stage and are subject to a number of material pre conditions. “There is no certainty that any offer will be made for the company,” Richmond said.
