UK supermarket chain Sainsbury’s has issued a recall of its own-brand cooked wafer thin chicken.

The recalled 70g packets of chicken, with date codes up to 22 December, is a precautionary measure, Sainsbury’s said on Friday (5 December), due to traces of milk protein being found in a sample of the product not mentioned on the packaging.
