UK chocolateer Thorntons has made an application with the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing Authority for the admission of a block listing of 1,000,000 ordinary shares at GBP0.10 each to the Official List.
The new shares will rank parri passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, the company said. They will be periodically issued in accordance with the group’s SAYE Savings Related Share Option Scheme.
