UK-based confectionery and soft drinks giant Cadbury Schweppes has named Charles Alfaro as vice president of corporate communication for Cadbury Schweppes Americas.

In this newly created position, Alfaro will be headquartered in Parsippany, N.J. and will report to Cadbury Schweppes Americas Confectionery president and CEO Matthew Shattock, Cadbury Schweppes Americas Beverages president and CEO Gilbert Cassagne, and Andraea Dawson-Shepherd, director of corporate communication at Cadbury Schweppes’ headquarters in London.


Alfaro was most recently with Hoffman-La Roche pharmaceuticals in Nutley, N.J., where he served as executive director of corporate and business communications.
